3D SCANNING

Since of 2021 we can provide a new revolutionary technique that makes it easy to reverse engineer any type of object no matter the size with the Einsan 3D scanner (click for more info). But why would you want to 3D scan an object? Most objects that we scan are because of their difficult/impossible to measure geometry. Take for examble a intake for a V8 engine, there are so many ports and impossible to reach areas with conventional measuring methods that the easiest solution is to 3D scan such a part, same counts for a rocker arm with amost no reverense plains to measure from.

When a 3D scan is made you get a mesh file accurate up to 0.02mm depending on the scan method and settings used. This mesh can be used to translate the scan to a 3D engineering file or used as reverense to design new parts that need to interact with the (scanned) part. Prices are based on size for example: 200x200x200 is roughly 200,- euro excl. vat. If you are interested in 3D sanning don’t hessitate to contact.
